This game is amazing..but

This game is amazing and has been until today, Ive had the game crash during raids but now its stuck on "receiving user information" for the past 23 minutes and restarting is doesnt solve anything. Ive waited and have tried restarting for over an hour. I just wish I could play the game. XD
